I never got my invite email.
Ask your tenant admin to resend from the Voice admin → Users page. They can also share a 6-digit short code or QR for you to type / scan into "I have an invite".
Calls drop after 30 seconds.
Almost always a network/NAT issue on the device. Toggle from Wi-Fi to mobile (or vice versa) and try again. If it persists on a corporate Wi-Fi, ask IT to allow outbound TCP 7443 (WSS) and UDP 16384–32768 (SRTP).
No audio one-way.
Most often a microphone permission. Settings → Apps → Transcenda Voice → Microphone. On Android, also check that the carrier doesn't mute background apps.
Incoming calls only ring sometimes.
On Android, disable battery optimization for Transcenda Voice. On iOS, make sure Focus / Do Not Disturb isn't silencing unknown contacts.
I want my data deleted.
From the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. From the web: /account-deletion.
How do I report abuse?
Email abuse@transcenda.io with the calling number and time. We respond within 1 business day.
