Delete my account
You can delete your Transcenda Voice account from inside the app under Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. If you can no longer sign in (uninstalled the app, lost your device, etc.), use this form instead.
What happens
- We email you a confirmation link. You must click it within 7 days.
- Once confirmed, your account is immediately disabled — no more sign-ins, no more incoming calls.
- A 30-day grace window begins, during which a tenant admin can restore your account.
- After 30 days, we hard-delete: your user row, voicemails, push tokens, and SIP extension. Call detail records are anonymised (caller/callee retained for billing/legal compliance) and aged out at 24 months.
What we do NOT delete
- Tenant data owned by your employer (their FusionPBX domain, IVR scripts, other users) — that belongs to them, not you.
- Audit logs required by law (anonymised CDR retention up to 24 months).
Owner accounts
If you are the owner of a tenant, this form cannot delete the tenant itself. Email support@transcenda.io for tenant-level deletion.
