Acceptable Use Policy
This AUP applies to anyone using Transcenda Voice. Violations are grounds for immediate suspension and possible referral to law enforcement.
You will not
- Place unsolicited bulk calls (“robocalls”) without prior consent of every called party.
- Manipulate caller ID (spoofing) for fraud, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. CLI rewriting for legitimate business reasons (e.g., displaying the company main line) is permitted only when allowed by your local regulations.
- Use the App to harass, threaten, intimidate, or stalk any person.
- Bypass call-recording consent notices or disable them in regions that require notice.
- Attempt to defeat rate limits, seat limits, or concurrent-call limits set by your tenant's plan.
- Use the App to dial premium-rate numbers (1-900, 0900, etc.) without prior tenant authorization.
- Use the App as a substitute for E911 / 999 / 112 emergency services.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract SIP credentials of other tenants.
- Resell, rebrand, or redistribute the App outside the white-label program.
- Use the App in any sanctioned jurisdiction or in violation of US, UK, EU, or UAE export control laws.
Reporting abuse
If you believe Transcenda Voice is being used to abuse you, email abuse@transcenda.io with the calling number, time, and a brief description. We respond within 1 business day.
